High Plains Drifters Privacy Policy

This privacy policy developed by us at High Plains Drifters aims to protect you our customer and any information that you give when using our webiste.

At High Plains Drifters, we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is fully protected.  We do not sell, trade, rent, exchange or distribute in anyway or form your personal details.  We operate a subscribe/unsubscribe newsletter.  We do not send unsolicited emails.

What information will we collect?

The information you have requested from us will vary with each enquiry made depending on your reason for contacting us:

If you have requested a copy of our brochure we will require your name and full postal address

If you have sent us an email through our info@highplainsdrifters.co.uk address we will need to know your correct email address in order to send a reply direct to you

How your information will be used?

When you request a brochure from us we will add your name and postal details to our mailing list so that we can send you our annual brochure which is posted during November/December to inform you of our new holiday programme.

When you email us we will add your email address to our emailing list so that we update you with any new holidays we may introduce throughout the year which did not make our brochure.  If you no longer wish to receive these newsletters you can un-subscribe this request, let us know by emailing info@highplainsdrifters.co.uk or by post to our postal address, and we will immediately remove your details from our mailing lists.

On our Useful Info page we do hold links to other websites which we think are of help and use in your search for a walking holiday and your interest of walking in general.  High Plains Drifters is not responsible for the content or privacy processes of these.

As required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, you may ask for details of personal information which we store about you by email or post. 

Should we hold any information about you which you believe to be incorrect in some way, then please inform us by post or email so that we can correct any of these details as swiftly as possible.
